About the Role:


We are looking for a driven Salesperson to assist corporates in finding tailored, ready-to-move-in office spaces that empower their teams and drive business growth. This role focuses on delivering customized workspace solutions for enterprises with teams ranging from 5 to 30 members. You will manage the entire transaction lifecycle, from identifying suitable spaces to finalizing leases, ensuring a seamless and client-centric experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate and co-working space owners to source optimal office spaces.
  • Design and implement efficient processes for long-term lease transactions, renewals, and exits.
  • Create comprehensive transaction documentation, including appointment letters, market comparison reports, offer letters, and client proposals.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Review lease agreements to ensure inclusion of standard and client-approved clauses.
  • Oversee the completion of transactions, including verifying stamp duty, registration charges, and coordinating registrations.

Travel:

This role involves frequent intracity travel to meet clients, visit office spaces, and attend meetings. All travel expenses will be covered as per standard industry norms. The team uses a corporate Uber account for client engagements.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think quickly and decisively.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of client relationships and revenue targets.
  • Humility, perseverance, and a strong desire to grow.
  • 1+ years of experience in corporate sales or B2B sales (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in commercial leasing or the co-working industry (preferred).
