About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Associate for the On-Demand vertical .The role combines business development, partner management, operations, and data analysis. You will onboard new partners, maintain strong relationships, manage backend operations, ensure data accuracy, and support daily tasks.
This position offers cross-functional exposure across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Tech teams and the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of the On-Demand business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and onboard new workspace partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Support in creating proposals, business plans, and growth strategies.
Operations & Onboarding
- Own end-to-end onboarding of new workspaces (pricing, content, documentation).
- Ensure accurate and updated data across website and internal systems.
- Manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth partner functioning.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Tech teams.
- Address partner queries and route them to relevant teams.
Data & Reporting
- Track performance metrics and analyze trends.
- Provide insights on growth, dips, and improvement areas.
- Share periodic reports with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in BD, Operations, Account Management, or related roles.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Analytical approach and comfort working with data.
- Detail-oriented with strong execution skills.
- Experience in real estate, coworking, hospitality, or aggregator businesses is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
