What is the role
Senior Manager – Community & Events
This role owns relationship-led brand growth at myHQ.
You will build and run high-intent communities (offline/online), curated events and stakeholder programs that make myHQ the most trusted and remembered brand among the people who influence enterprise workspace decisions.

We need a single senior owner who can:
● Build trust with senior stakeholders before they enter the sales funnel
● Create repeat, high-quality touchpoints that keep myHQ top-of-mind
● Translate brand presence into sales support, partnerships and long-term loyalty
This role exists to create brand pull in ecosystems where decisions are influenced, not advertised to.
Who are the key stakeholders?
1. Demand-side stakeholders
● Enterprise decision-makers, CXOs, founders
● HR leaders, admins, workplace & ops heads
● Teams evaluating managed offices, meeting rooms, or multi-city workspace solutions
(Phase 1 focus: Corporates & enterprise accounts)
2. Supply-side stakeholders
● Landlords, workspace brands, operators
● Strategic partners who enable myHQ’s marketplace and enterprise solutions
What you will own
Community & Ecosystem Building
● Build and scale high-quality communities of CXOs, HR, founders and workspace ecosystem stakeholders
● Design curated engagement formats: closed-door events, roundtables, CXO meetups, partner forums
● Ensure myHQ has ongoing presence, not one-off visibility, within these circles
Events & Engagement Programs
● Own end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact, low-noise events
● Create repeatable engagement programs aligned to enterprise growth and partnerships
● Ensure every event or interaction has a clear objective (relationship deepening, credibility, pipeline support)
Stakeholder Relationships
● Build direct relationships with senior leaders and ecosystem partners
● Represent myHQ in select industry forums, communities, and curated platforms
● Lead initiatives around leadership milestones, announcements, and industry relevance
Cross-Functional Alignment
● Work closely with sales and growth teams to align engagement efforts with target accounts
● Partner with leadership on thought leadership and ecosystem initiatives
● Act as the connective tissue between brand, partnerships, and enterprise growth
Who you are
You are relationship-first, structured, and comfortable operating with high ownership.
● 5–8 years of experience in community building, partnerships, CXO engagement, or B2B events
● Proven experience working with founders, CXOs, HR leaders, or enterprise stakeholders
● Strong executive presence and communication — written, verbal, and in-room
● Comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end without heavy process or teams
● Experience in curated, high-signal communities (not mass events or consumer marketing)
