Why this role exists
Digital already drives a large part of our pipeline.
But scale brings a new problem: quality > quantity.

We’re looking for someone to own digital acquisition as a business function, not a collection of channels.

This role exists to:
● Build predictable inbound demand
● Scale enterprise-quality leads
● Make smart bets across paid, organic and platform-led acquisition
● Ensure every rupee spent or page published ties back to revenue
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Digital Demand
● Own all digital lead-generation channels, organic and inorganic:

○ SEO
○ Paid Search (Google)
○ Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
○ Organic content & distribution
○ Lead efficiency: Driving projects around ABM/outreach, ⁠cross sell / upsell, journeys & comms on existing database

● Define channel-wise roles across funnel stages (discovery → intent → conversion).
● Set and own clear growth OKRs: leads, CAC, lead quality, pipeline contribution.
 Performance Marketing (Paid Channels)
● Own and scale paid acquisition across:

○ Google Search
○ Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
○ LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms

● Decide where paid makes sense and where it doesn’t.
● Drive:

○ Audience & intent segmentation
○ Landing page & funnel optimisation

● Reduce dependence on low-quality or brand-only traffic.
  Organic Growth & Compounding Channels
● Own SEO as a long-term growth moat (tech, content, authority).
● Build organic demand via:

○ Search-led content
○ Programmatic pages (cities, categories, use cases)
○ Local SEO and platform presence

● Ensure organic efforts compound and lower blended CAC over time.

  Platform-Led & Experimentation Channels
● Identify and test new lead-gen surfaces:

○ Aggregators
○ Listing platforms
○ Partnerships with demand marketplaces

● Run rapid experiments to validate:
○ Channel viability
○ Lead quality
○ Scalability

● Kill what doesn’t work - quickly.

Who you are
● 5+ years of experience owning digital growth in high-growth companies.
● Hands-on across multiple acquisition channels, not just one.
● Comfortable switching between:

○ Strategy and execution
○ Experimentation and optimisation

● Strong understanding of:

○ Performance marketing fundamentals
○ SEO and organic growth levers
○ Funnels, attribution and CAC
