Paid acquisition is a core growth lever for us.
We are looking for a high-intent, execution-heavy AI-native performance marketer who can scale
demand across Google and Meta while maintaining strong control on CAC and lead quality.
This role is about owning outcomes and driving efficiency and innovation through AI, not
managing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Acquisition (Core)
● Own and scale Google Search and/or Meta as primary channels
● Build and optimise campaigns backed by AI tools for high-intent B2B demand generation
● Drive performance across the funnel from click to qualified lead

Execution & Optimisation
● Run hands-on campaign execution across bidding, targeting, creatives and landing pages
leveraging Claude, n8n, content generation AI tools
● Continuously improve CPEL, CAC, conversion rates and lead quality
● Identify and scale high-performing segments while cutting inefficiencies

AI-led Workflows
● Leverage AI tools for copy generation, experimentation, keyword expansion and optimisation
workflowsBuild faster testing cycles using AI-driven insights and automation

Funnel & Collaboration
● Work closely with product, sales and landing page teams to improve conversion
● Ensure paid efforts translate into pipeline and revenue, not just leads
Who you are (Must-Have Skills):
● 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing
● Strong hands-on experience in Google Search and/or Meta at scale
● Experience in B2B or high-consideration products preferred
● Comfortable with full-funnel thinking (not just top-of-funnel CPL)
● High ownership mindset with strong execution ability
